Service Description

Mindful Yoga practice where the individual poses are explored with anatomical integrity and a deeper understanding of the bio-mechanics of the body. Safe, slow with little or no flow. Perfect for beginners and for those who may have physical limitations. Online via Zoom (Reservations accepted up to 30 minutes before session.) Monday and Friday 8:30 am

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, notification needs to be at least 24 hours in advance. For a cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, the client will be charged full price for the session. For rescheduling, if another appointment is made within the same week, there is no surcharge. If rescheduling is not made within the 7 day period, it will be considered a cancellation.
