Service Description

This practice would start with 15 minutes of a full body warm-up, 30 minutes of focused poses and end with 15 minutes of cool down including a short meditation. I provide additional props to aid in flexibility and any possible limitations. My price includes time and travel to you.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, notification needs to be at least 24 hours in advance. For a cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, the client will be charged full price for the session. For rescheduling, if another appointment is made within the same week, there is no surcharge. If rescheduling is not made within the 7 day period, it will be considered a cancellation.
